2. How to Request a Return?

- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are generally processed through the original payment method:
- If paid via PayPal account, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
- If paid via credit card through PayPal, the refund will be issued to your credit card.
- Refunds via PayPal typically take 3-5 business days to process.
4. Return Shipping Fees:
- For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use any shipping service (we recommend using a tracked service).
- For quality-related issues or incorrect shipments, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be fully refunded if they have not yet been shipped. For shipped orders, the return process will apply.
