03. Transaction rules

  • Payment security: Paypal and other encrypted payment channels are used.

  • Customized service: 30% non-refundable deposit is required for personalized products.

04. Return policy

Apply for return/exchange (except customized products) with complete package within 30 days after signing, we will reply within 24-48 hours and process the refund or exchange quickly.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Website design, brand identity, product images are protected by copyright law
  • User-generated content (UGC) is allowed for non-commercial reproduction, the source must be labeled

06. Liability Boundary

  • Disputes arising from the use of third-party payment/logistics services shall be resolved by the corresponding service provider.
